Thinking about re-bulding the 15g turbo on my car. Anybody know if all the seals etc are all available from Volvo and where to obtain torque settings etc ?

I don't think you can get any such parts from Volvo. They only sell new/recon turbos.

why Volvo? the units are Mitsubishi, there was a guy a few months back from Japan selling rebuild kits on Ebay,

Gary it's not that daft a question, since Volvo sells the turbos and does sell actuator repair kits. But you are right, you would need to look elsewhere for a turbo core rebuild kit.

if you speak nicely to Turbo Technics, they may sell you the right seal kits...
