well,

i bought a set of springs for £120 pounds including delivery NEW off ebay.
I got lazy, and time went by,... then i got a garage to do it. £250 squid labour.

Things like lubing and cleaning bits and pieces are important, but take time,.. so you can fit them cheaper.

Oh, i would recommend stretching the budget and going for dampers as well as the springs. Improved stability, standard dampers arent upto the job really, if you drive hard`ish and like driving. So.. (various volvo models on this link)

It's a T-5R Sam, any lower and the tyres would rub the bonnet soundproofing off.

Just take the bonnet sound proofing off..... problem solved...!!!!

Just some basic tools and you could do it yourself in a few hours (I'd allow a day if you've never done it before).... I'm sure if you look around you could get them fitted for £100...
