milltek exhaust,cat, and downpipe

if i fitted a new milltek exhaust sports cat and downpipe to my 96 850 t5 would i need the ecu upgrading or altering. thanks also how much would it cost for the fitting of the above parts.

also how much would it cost for the fitting of the above parts.varies, Think VT do Miltek but so do others. Best to check around for the best price me thinks!
