1. What does GUL stand for (with regards to the T5)?

and........

2. Changing suspension and for insurance puposes is it true T5-R is factory lowered 30mm..?

Gul is swedish for yellow sam. And yes we are nice and low.

gul is the Volvo paint code name - apparently swede for yellow apparently

Yes the T5R is lowered but it is obviously standard for the manufacturers specification - Volvo specified it low!
