temperature sender

does the temperature sender just send to the dash or does it send to the ecu as well? just wondering because my temperature gauge is all over the place so this might be the reason for the hesitation im getting??

Yes mate mine's the same, as far as I know, it's just for your info, not connected with ecu. Let me know how much a new sensor is, as I have not priced one up yet!
