the S40 differs from that shown, most of the s40 form '02 on, have the s80 leads fitted, which use the HU 603 headunit? just thought i'd tell you!

Forgive my utter incompetence, but what are these leads used for ?

to convert the original volvo leads into a standard ISO block...which basically means you can put an aftermarket headunit in your car.

indeed! and also have a blaupunkt mp3 stereo for sale which uses these leads...it also comes with the other vovo leads as well! and an ipod adapter!
