i upgraded to porsche 993tt big reds and needed the clearance from the calipers but these wheels are too big (seriously they look soooo good, but couldn't hit a pebble without them hitting the arch)

Hi fraz, the 8" are just to wide for the 850 , and camber adjustment is not possible.

If i go down to 225 35 18 i dont get arch probs, I am getting scuffing though ( sometime a bad one ) with 225 40 18..thinking of going back to 17" Titans ...

Hi f.b am sure you have more experience than me on this, i am running the koni adjust lowering kit but i couldn't do a 2 mle intown run without reducing the arch trim !!

I did have 215 35 18s which were too thin..not a great ride and just now mine have scuffed the arch thru....Redbrick ran 225 35s too with coil overs but suppose it depends on the car ...i for one would prefer Titans with 215 45 17s

Does yours rub on full lock too and is there any rubbing next to where the front bumper and splash guard meet ?

Hi Mate ,

My pegs are silver with black backing, no kerb marks at all except a two light scratches from packing , didnt want to try polish them out as hardly noticeable. They have 225 40 18 son them and new badges. Tyres have a few thousand miles on them. If i was going back to 17s i would prefer Titans. However all depends on availability i suppose so will keep you in mind for 1st offer if Titans come off. And depending on what i get for pegs will decide also cos i dont have much cash at mo to shell out as all in other cars so kinda looking to not be outta pocket if you know what i mean!!

No, not got anything else yet, I'm just exploring options to change to Pegs. I actually have 5 Volans not 4 that was a miss trype.
