What you do is get one of those black and decker paint stripper hot air guns, and heat them up (http://www.vpcuk.org/forums/showthread.php?t=623). I dont have to tell you to watch the rest of the car if the items are still attatched. Just gently warm the plastics up and watch the colour come back before your eyes.
SO that explains the bubbled paint either side of the trim on the rear passenger door...

Incidentally, no - he didn't mention the site, NOR did he mention that he only paid £2000 for it... that's a LOT less than I paid him... >>blushes<<
