Well i just got an amazing quote for the fronts £191.70 for front GR-20 (20 Groove) discs and ebc Greenstuff pads
Where as you bought them from 3g themselves would be over £240

EBC IMHO are not the best thing for our cars. Have heard some nasty stories about chewin disks etc. Ferodo DS Performance or Ds 2500 are by far the better option for pads.
My how 2 is here

Hmm - I just paid £135 (Including P&P) for the 20 Grooved 3G's and £55 for Red Stuff Ceramic - Both pads and discs came from different companies and were completely brand new (I did send an email to 3G for a price, but they never came back to me).
I'd heard the Green Stuff is terrible on heavier cars. But in saying that, I'd also heard the Red Stuff was bad when cold (Which is not the case with the Ceramic Red Stuff). I have fantastic braking from the moment I touch the brakes for the first time each morning.
P.S. I've vouch for Wobbly Dave's guide. It gave me a heads up as I'd never tackled discs and pads before ;)
