Read in a post that someone as a good how too to change the rear pads. Also are the rear discs easy. If so might get them as well.

I think theyare worn, as i can hear tis rattle or grinding noise. Someone said that there is a plate on them or something to let you know when they are worn.

I did a how 2 (stop your brakes from squeaking) which can be used to service your rear pads...

Doing the rear disks is a little more tricky as you need to adjust the handbrake daisy wheel that hides at the top of the handbrake mech (inboard drum) - before the whole disk/drum can be removed.
