2 oil filters

Forgive me for being a noob but whilst under the car at the weekend i noticed that there are 2 oil filters on my 854 T5.Do I need to replace both filters on every oil change?, :confused:

I took off the dust cover that goes from the front bumper to the cross member and seen what appears to be a 2nd filter......has got volvo written all over it. It lies just the oppersit side of the engine to the normal oil filter.

Sounds like the receiver/dryer of the aircon to me. Looking from the front it is located on the left close to the washer bottle filler neck.
