Buyers guide.???

Hi Chaps.
Just registered on hear...

Im totally new to Volvos etc..

Is there a buyers guide available to prospective new owners .??
Im looking at buying a 850 "T5,R or 850R".in estate body...

What should i be looking for.?? ie potential problems ,pitfalls, achilees heels etc etc etc ...
There is always some problems that occur on most cars that need to be checked out when buying, so im hoping you folks can help me out...
