Auto box oil

I am going to change the automatic box oil this weekend and before I go and buy the wrong type thought I should ask the question here first.

T5 Est '96 auto, my daily mileage is very low, almost not warming up on the way to work and back so I would like to be able to use something that protects the box.

What would you suggest?

Any fluid made to Dexron 3 spec will do the job. Some have used Comma, I used Mobil 1 ATF.

In this case I don't think that the box not getting fully warmed up is that much of a problem as the fluid is very runny and I don't think you should apply the concept of the engine not getting warmed fully to the gearbox.
