N404TPC - My beloved 850T5R Dark Olive Green. Robbed last Wednesday (7th June) in Aigburth, South Liverpool. Keep your eyes peeled everybody. Anybody have a replacement they'd like to sell me?

standard 5 spokes (dark grey), yes they theived the keys. Unique features are - dark tinted front windows to match the rest (passenger side window tint has scratches in it), two dents in bonnet on passenger side touched in with matching green paint, RED brake calipers to drilled/grooved front disks... Gotta stop before I start crying...

Sorry to hear the news!!! My mint 855 T5 went from Huyton a few years back! Barrelled the car, and then kept it hidden for a week and they was gonna be used in a robbery, but the coppers chased them. 4 masked men tooled up drove my car over kerbs and fields before dumping it in Netherley. Hope yours doesnt end up there :(

HI mate, not a nice feeling , been there and really knaws away at you!! There was or is a spate of thefts of fast estate cars for dodgy dealings so poss the reason behind it. Best thing is to have one like mine...surely no robber would use one in this colour ....can you imagine it on Police STOP on Bravo ... would be easy to follow from the air LOL

I'm in two minds whether to get the car back or take the insurance money and run (4 years lost no-claims bonus would hurt though) - Will post the pics when I get them - is there anybody here who might be able to suggest how much it'd cost to fix?

The 855 in Delamere was Dark Green with Titans on, it was a N reg. Cant remember fully, but Im sure the reg looked short, like N55 MRB or something.

My Green T5R Auto Estate has just been valued at £7500.00 by an independent engineer for an insurance claim. But even I feel that is a high valuation.

I actually got a speeding fine the other day - the b*st*rds were caught on camera on 13th June doing 100mph on the ford road (jaguar road nowadays) in the direction of Runcorn - so I reckon it's been around there - which is why the Delamere sighting was of interest... The insurance coughed £4000 - but then there was the £670 excess (ouch ouch ouch) - 1 year before I could get no-claims protection so 4 years no claims down the toilet - like I said earlier - I try not to think about it. What I want now is a nice, stoodgy looking T5 CD with no spoilers, no tinted glass and low mileage which I can stick a 2.0 GLT badge on the boot of and a RICA 280 under the bonnet.

Gyagh... It's about an inch shorter than it should be - christ knows what they did to it - there's no noticable damage to the front or rear but the front wings have been pushed back so the front doors bend 'em in when they're opened - and the back doors do the same to the front ones...?!! I Pity the poor sod who buys it as a "Light damage Cat-D bargain"...

Managed to rescue the drilled discs and ceramic pads I'd left in the boot tho' so that's a bonus.
