how to get more bhp from s60 2.4t (lpt)

i want to know how to get more power from the above engine
rica doesnt give enough to justify i need 250 +at least

could i slot a t5 turbo on and get a remap ?
(would i need to lower the compression =how ?)

any info would be great from the guys who know
