Hi,

was hoping someone could give me a ew pointers please.

I am going to look at this car today

http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www/CARS_popup.asp?modelexact=1&lid=search_used_cars_full&make=&model=&variant=&keywords=volvo+850+t5&min_pr=75&max_pr=&mileage=&agerange=&postcode=SR2+7PR&miles=40&max_records=50&source=0&sort=3&ukcarsearch_full=SEARCH&start=2&distance=2&adcategory=CARS&channel=CARS&id=200511186557133

Providing this is an auto it looks very nice and interesting, but i wanna check a few points before i get too excited.

what size might the tyres be if he has put 17" wheels on, i have a feeling they could be very expensive to replace :(
Are there any paticular things i should be looking for on the bils, paticular things done, and are there anyting things that would indicate its been looked after well, rather than just serviced??

Is there anything i shoudl be lookin for on a test drive, gearbox changing, any vices i should be looking/hearing/feeling for?

Many thanks

Hey, leave the otters out of it! (besides, no one on VT5 knows about my otter fetish, so they probably think you're weird now ;) )

What's wrong with a manual? Can't you drive? :uglyhamme

my wifes got a bad hip/back/leg so she prefers an auto at the mo, with cruise control.

i dont mind either, but when i sit in 30 mins of traffic jams every day an auto does make life so much easier
