If the traction control is left on does it affect the accelaration of the car ?
Im sure when i switched it off it was slightly quicker .... or is this just my imagination ?? lol :)
Also, i need a top engine mount, i remember seeing something about them in the forum but i cant find it now, where is the best place to get a new one ??

I presume you only get the rubber bit and fit it into the existing bracket ?

No its a complete bracket - unbolt the 3 mounting bolt and the earth lead. Undo the centre bolt and exchange. Rather than being round the new one is cruciform in shape and is a solid lump - so that it pushes against the force rather that being pulled like the circular one. I will take a picture if you like.

Hi
I have the larger poly top mount and noticed improvements in gear change and on/off throttle knock. In my case, there was little extra noise.
