Get it off of limewire with crack, i use it with one of ma mates who plays guitar, he records his own stuff and converts to mp3

i use soundforge8 or acid pro by sony, both very good indeed and easy to use!

This is an easy-to-use free one which has a good reputation for simple editing of mp3s, etc

windows mediaplayer is good with the plugin but it costs
