lol, yep - unwind it completely as far as it will go, then straighten it the correct way round, then feed it back in slowly so you dont allow the twist to re-occur. the trick is to unwiind it fully before you try :)

The other option is to undo the seat belt at the point where its fastened to the car/seat , straighten it, then re attach it!.
