Space at my house is limited to 1 sofa and floor space on a FCFS basis.

Hopefully a number of local members will extend some room to those travelling from afar.

I have also identified a number of hotels in the local area (all within walking distance of my house)

I have no idea how good or bad they are (or how much)

The Norwood Hotel is expensive (£170 PP/PN).

The closest generic hotel is Frankley Services Travellodge @ 65 quid per night. It is about 5 miles from my house and it is easy to find (on the M5).

Please can those needing a place to stay stick there hand up - I know that there are 3 poss 4 lads from Scotland coming and Andy from Geordie land.

Vitch's house is possible but it is a fair hike to mine.
If you plan to stay get in touch and I will do my best to sort some space.

Pets are welcome so long as you keep them under control. There will be a few dogs there so I just hope WWIII doesnt break out.

There is no need to sleep in the car. Trust me, it is a cold experience at the best of times.

Mr Simba (http://www.devgeek.co.uk/myphotos/simba/simba.jpg) shall be there too, I think. The dogs seemed to have a great time last year :D

As those who have met Simba will tell you, he's soft (and scatty) as anything.

Space on the floor for a couple, yes mate... Jen's just reminded me of something though - it's the same night as my grandparents' golden wedding anniversary, so Harry and I are both off to that some time early evening (which probably puts pay to the absynthe plan too ). I could potentially get back to yours afterwards (9ish) and take people back to mine later, but just want any potential stayers to be aware that timing will be somewhat governed by this other commitment :)
