Must say, great service.
The parts guy was helpful, as was the mechanic who came out to the car and gave a few pointers/advice and the group who came out look over the car with interest and the nice chappie with the blue R with whom I had a nice chat with about bits and bobs (whose name I didnt get).
Beats Harratts Huddersfield whose parts man tried his best to convince me Volvo dont make a strut brace.

I agree, have had fantastic service from their parts guys and the service chappie too. Wouldn't have any qualms about buying a new car from them if I get the cash.

You are right, could do with a parts dept that is actually accessable.
Try the one in Huddersfield and then see ;)

To put it simply, carriage costs! I work less than a mile away from them so it costs bugger all to collect an item which makes up for any loss in discount you could offer.
That said I will no doubt be calling you for anything more expensive!

Bing!Bing!Bing! In a nutshell.
However If we can order from you and get it delivered to Volvo dealership of our choice (for special order stuff) then that is a different matter

so i told him to keep it i will nick one off the t5 on the fourcourt which he laughed at and said"there isnt one on that car this is it im selling you"
not bad lads, shame theres no parts in the parts cupboard.
saying that they moving to custom built premises shortly so they might have enough room for some bits
